Looksy maintains a Shopify customer segment named Virtual Try-On Users by Looksy. You can use Shopify Flow’s standard Customer joined segment trigger when a customer first joins that audience.
Integration availability can depend on your Looksy environment. Continue only when Shopify Flow appears as an interactive card under Integrations. Shopify Flow must also be available for your store.

Activate the Looksy audience

  1. In Shopify Admin, open Looksy.
  2. Select Integrations, then choose Shopify Flow.
  3. Check the status shown by Looksy.
The audience remains Inactive until the first logged-in shopper completes a successful try-on. Anonymous try-ons do not activate or join this customer segment. When Looksy shows Active, select View audience in Shopify to review the segment.

Build the workflow

  1. From the Looksy integration page, select Open Shopify Flow.
  2. Create a workflow with the Customer joined segment trigger.
  3. Choose Virtual Try-On Users by Looksy.
  4. Add the Shopify Flow condition or action you want to run.
  5. Review and turn on the workflow in Shopify Flow.
Examples include email or SMS activity through compatible Shopify marketing tools, a discount action, or another app action that supports Shopify Flow and customer segments.
Looksy supplies audience membership; Shopify Flow controls the automation that follows. Review the workflow’s recipients, conditions, consent requirements, and actions before turning it on.

Troubleshooting

Complete one successful try-on while signed in as a customer, then reopen or refresh the Shopify Flow integration page. Logged-out shopper activity does not create customer-segment membership.
Reopen Looksy from Shopify Admin and try again. Looksy does not change Shopify customer segments when verification fails.
Reload Looksy from Shopify Admin so it can prepare the correct Shopify Admin destination, then select View audience in Shopify again.
