What does Looksy cost?

Looksy has a free Preview plan with 25 credits. Paid plans start at $14.99 per month. The current in-app Plans screen starts monthly subscriptions:

Which plan should I choose?

• Preview: Evaluate Looksy with up to 25 successful try-ons in a rolling 30-day window. Preview is not a Shopify subscription.
• Starter: Choose this when 100 included credits match your expected usage.
• Growth: Choose this when you need 300 included credits and a lower additional-credit rate.
• Scale: Choose this when you need 600 included credits and the lowest listed additional-credit rate.

Compare your recent usage with each plan’s included credits. If usage is uncertain, start with the smallest suitable plan and review the usage shown in Looksy.

What are additional credits?

Additional credits are successful try-ons beyond the amount included in a monthly paid plan. The listed per-credit rate is $0.14 on Starter,$0.12 on Growth, and $0.10 on Scale. The usage charge and its cap appear in Shopify’s subscription approval flow. Annual subscriptions do not carry Looksy’s usage-overage line. Looksy evaluates their included allowance over a rolling 30-day usage window. When that allowance is used, new try-ons pause rather than creating per-credit overage. Why am I being asked to confirm my existing plan?

Looksy is moving existing subscriptions to Shopify’s native billing. If the app shows Action needed: confirm your plan, your current plan continues to work, but it needs a one-time confirmation through Shopify before September 30, 2026. Review the plan name, price, and credits shown in Looksy, then approve the charge through Shopify. The confirmation is for the charge you already pay; Looksy states that the migration keeps the current price and credits unchanged. If the shown details do not match your subscription, stop and contact support before approving anything.

What happens if I cancel?

The current Looksy billing flow ends the subscription immediately and returns the store to Preview, subject to its 25-successful-try-ons rolling-30-day allowance and usage already recorded in that window. New try-ons pause when the remaining allowance is used. Review the cancellation confirmation in Looksy before proceeding. For account-specific refunds, taxes, or billing corrections, contact support.

What if Looksy cannot load or match my subscription?

• Action needed: choose a plan: Looksy could not match the current subscription to a standard catalog plan. The existing subscription remains active; Looksy does not replace it until you choose and approve a plan through Shopify.
• Plans couldn’t load / Billing unavailable: retry from the page before making a plan decision. Do not infer that the store is on Preview while billing status is unavailable.
• Reconnect Shopify: restore the Shopify connection, then reload billing. Looksy cannot safely read or change a subscription without the required Shopify billing access.

If the status remains ambiguous, contact support with the store domain and the exact message shown. Do not approve a replacement plan until its name, cadence, price, and credits match what you expect.

Check the pricing and subscription information displayed in Looksy before confirming a plan. The Shopify App Store listing is the public monthly-pricing reference. For annual availability, payment methods, refunds, cancellation timing, taxes, or account-specific billing, use the support option in Looksy rather than relying on a marketing page or an older copy of this documentation.
