Do not follow earlier Gorgias connection, OAuth, ticket-card, or agent-action instructions. Those instructions were published before merchant availability was verified and have been withdrawn.

What is planned?

The Gorgias integration is intended to help support teams handle shopper-requested virtual try-ons inside a customer-support conversation. Final merchant steps, supported ticket types, consent controls, credit behaviour, and availability will be documented only after the released integration is verified.

What should I do now?

  • Continue using Looksy’s storefront product-page try-on for shopper self-service.
  • Treat the Gorgias card in Looksy as Coming soon while it remains noninteractive.
  • Contact caleb@withlooksy.com to register interest or ask about availability for your store.
Do not send OAuth credentials or customer image files by email.
