Size Help
Size Help answers the shopper's question of which size to buy, using your own size charts rather than a generic database. It is included, unlimited, on every paid plan from Starter up.
Built on your size charts
Size Help uses your own size charts as its source. It does not pull from a generic fit database or assume your medium matches anyone else's medium; the guidance shoppers see comes from the sizing information you provide for your products. This is the practical difference from one-size-fits-all size tools: brands cut differently, and a recommendation is only as good as the chart behind it. If your charts are accurate, the guidance reflects your actual products. Size Help is one of five Looksy products, alongside AI Try-On, Bundles & Upsells, Email Follow-Up, and Analytics, and runs in the same theme app extension.
Where it fits in the shopping flow
Not knowing which size to pick is a classic reason to hesitate at a product page, and a wrong guess often comes back as a return. Size Help sits in that gap: shoppers get guidance grounded in your own charts at the moment they are deciding. Because Looksy's storefront experience supports 47 languages, size guidance is not limited to English-speaking shoppers. To see the exact placement and wording on your store, install the app and open one of your product pages. Looksy adds itself through a theme app extension, with no theme code edits and a clean uninstall.
Which plans include Size Help
Unlimited Size Help comes with every paid plan: Starter at $14.99 per month, Growth at $29 per month, and Scale at $79 per month, in each case alongside unlimited bundles and email capture. It is unlimited rather than metered, so it sits apart from the photo credits that count try-on generations. The Free plan is defined by unlimited try-ons, Looksy branding, and up to $100 in additional revenue; if you intend to stay on Free, confirm in the app whether Size Help is enabled for you. Billing is usage-based through Shopify, and there are no contracts.
The honest limits
Size Help is only as accurate as the charts behind it. If a chart is missing, outdated, or wrong for a product, the guidance inherits the problem, so audit your size charts before switching it on and keep them current as your cuts change. It works from what your charts say — it cannot know a measurement you have not provided. And no size tool eliminates returns; treat it as a way to reduce guesswork at the decision point, not a fit guarantee. If you need specifics such as supported chart formats, check the Looksy app on your own store before rollout.
