Looksy + Klaviyo
Klaviyo is one of two published routes for Looksy's Email Follow-Up product — the other is Shopify Flow. Merchants already running email through Klaviyo can keep try-on follow-up in the same system.
What the listing publishes about Klaviyo
Klaviyo shows up in two places on Looksy's Shopify App Store listing. It is named in the "Works with" line, next to Checkout, Shopify Admin, and Flow. And it is a named route for Email Follow-Up, which the listing describes as running through "Klaviyo or Shopify Flow." That is the full published scope: the integration exists and follow-up email is what it is for. Field mappings, event names, and sync behavior are not part of the listing.
Email capture on Looksy's side
Klaviyo can only follow up with addresses it receives, and the listing names email capture as a feature of the Starter tier at $14.99 per month. That is the raw material for the integration: shoppers who try on an item and leave an email become reachable afterward. Whether a shopper opts in during the try-on, and exactly where the capture prompt appears, are details the listing does not publish, so verify them in the app.
What a merchant sets up
You need two things in place: an active Klaviyo account and a Looksy plan whose published features include email capture — the listing names it on the $14.99 per month Starter tier. From there, enable Email Follow-Up in Looksy and connect it to Klaviyo. The listing does not walk through the connection steps, so expect the specifics — authentication, list or segment selection, template choices — to live in Looksy's in-app settings rather than on the App Store listing.
What to check before building Klaviyo flows
The questions that decide how you build flows in Klaviyo are all unpublished, so check them inside Looksy before designing anything: what data arrives in Klaviyo and in what form, whether try-on activity comes through as events or profile properties, how quickly captured emails sync, and how consent status is passed. On the Klaviyo side, confirm how Looksy-sourced profiles appear so your existing segments and suppression rules treat them correctly. Treat the app, not this page or the listing, as the source for those mechanics.
How Klaviyo connects to the try-on flow
A try-on is a stronger signal than a page view: the shopper uploaded a photo, waited about 20 seconds, and looked at themselves wearing the product. When that shopper leaves an email address but not an order, Email Follow-Up through Klaviyo is Looksy's published mechanism for reaching them again. Looksy's Analytics tracks what shoppers try on, add to cart, and buy — the same outcomes any follow-up campaign you build in Klaviyo is trying to influence.
